This notice of motion is taken out by the original Plaintiff for directions to expedite the suit. The Defendants have no objection to the suit being expedited. The suit is, accordingly, expedited. In a companion order passed on Notice of Motion No.1610/2015 and Notice of Motion (Lodging) No.2990/2015, the Defendants are allowed to put in additional written statements dealing with the amended plaint in the suit. Such additional written statements are directed to be filed within a period of one week from today. Accordingly, the suit is placed for framing of issues on 14 January 2016. Further directions for trial of the suit will be issued on that date. The notice of motion is disposed of accordingly. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
