The Petitioner in Writ Petition (L) No. 23454 of 2022 seeks speaking to the minutes of our order dated 8th September 2023. 2.
To that order, there are several annexures. These were statements tendered by the developer. In regard to this Writ Petition, at page 21, the amount of transit rent payable monthly was shown as Rs. 30,800/-. This is clearly inaccurate. There is a previous order in another Writ Petition regarding the same Petitioner and the same issue of transit rent where the amount under the order of the Court is shown as Rs. 49,604/-. The first table at page 21 will now show the correct figure of Rs. 49,604/- instead of Rs. 30,800/-. The total amount due from July 2022 to September 2023 will similarly be recomputed. Arrears of transit rent
from September 2020 to November 2020 will, however, remained unchanged.
