The present Chamber Summons has been take out to amend the cause title of the Arbitration Petition to change the name of the Respondent to M/s. Reliance Commercial Financial Ltd. Further the Chamber Summons seeks to bring on record the proceedings which led to the change of name of the Respondent Company.

Mr. Shetty, learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection to V.A. Tikam 1/2

Accordingly, chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer cluase (a). Re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the petition to be served on the Respondent immediately thereafter. Petitioner to be on board on 30th November, 2017.
