None appears for the Plaintiffs. The suit was originally filed in 2015. It was dismissed for default and later restored on file. Despite the Defendants having entered appearance (the Defendants were permitted to do so by an order dated 9 February 2017 after condoning the delay), no summons for judgment appears to have been taken out by the Plaintiffs. The Court was informed as far back as on 9 February 2017 that the Plaintiffs would take out a summons for judgment and serve the same on the Defendants within three weeks. No summons for judgment is served on the Defendants as of date and the Plaintiffs do not appear. The suit is dismissed for want of prosecution.
