When it was pointed out to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the only representation which was made on 1st July 2015 before filing this petition is as vague as possible and the authorities of the Corporation could not have taken any action on the basis of the same, she seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh representation giving all particulars along with the supporting documents to the concerned authority.
