1] The Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous for the reason it challenged the resolution dated 19th May 2014 passed by the Presiding Officers of DRT-I, II and III in Mumbai. The resolution is that since lawyers named in the resolution created obstructions in the performance of judicial duties, matters in which said lawyers are engaged would not be taken up by the signatories to the resolution. Signatories to the resolution are no longer the Presiding Officers of the DRT-I, II and III in Mumbai. The issue is therefore resolved itself. 2] The Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
