The suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the partners of the Plaintiff firm, the Plaintiff's Advocates, Defendants Nos. 1 to 8(c), Defendants Nos. 11(a) to 11(c) and the 12th Defendant and their respective Advocates. The parties have agreed on certain payments to be made as set out in clause 4 of these Consent Terms. I am satisfied that the parties have arrived at these Consent Terms of their own volition and in reflection of their true intentions. The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

3.

Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 4.

The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

5.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter.

6.

If any of the parties have filed original documents, these will be returned them upon these being substituted with authenticated photocopies.

7.

All interim orders stand vacated.

8.
