The Notice of Motion seeks to recall an order of 19th September 2014 and restoration of Suit No. 2688 of 2006. This was after at least three distinct opportunities. The Plaintiff did not appear on 22nd August 2014, 12th September 2014 and 19th September 2014. It is today urged that the previous Advocate do not properly attend to the matter.
