Both the Counsel state that, the parties are ready for early hearing of Complaint (ULP) No. 154 of 2010. They also agree for modification of the impugned order, to the limited extent of carving out exception for termination of services of the employees for (i) proved misconduct, and (ii) closure of the petitioner. In view of the statements made, the petition is disposed off with following order :- (i)the order dated 26th February, 2014 passed by the Industrial Tribunal
