The Judges Order seeks handing over of a fixed deposit receipt to the Applicant. The Applicant was a minor when the Misc. Petition was disposed of by appointing a Guardian of the minors, including the Applicant herein. The Applicant has now attained majority and accordingly, seeks a direction for handing over of the fixed deposit receipt kept in her name. The certificate of balance signed by the Account Officer and the birth certificate of the Applicant are produced with the affidavit in support of the Judges Order. Accordingly, a separate Judges Order allowing the application is signed.
