Jagtap 1729-19-158-C=.doc seeks to withdraw these petitions with liberty urge all contentions with regard to the legality and validity of the sanction under Section 279 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in the petitions filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Liberty as sought for is granted.
