The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw Commercial Execution Application No.8 of 2022 in view of the Consent Terms dated 18th March, 2023 which have been taken on record in Commercial Execution Application (L) No.598 of 2019 and Commercial Execution Application (L) No.78 of 2018 and which Commercial Execution Applications have been disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

As per the said Consent Terms, the Respondent had undertaken to this Court to withdraw the Commercial Execution Application No.8 of 2022 which have been filed by the Respondent. 3.

Accordingly, Commercial Execution Application No.8 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn.
