Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.2-MPSC to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representations dated 1st December 2018, 6th May 2018 and 21st May 2018, copies of which are annexed at Exhibit-J, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of two months from today. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

In order to enable Respondent No. 2 to comply with this order, the Petitioners shall remain present before Respondent No. 2 on 13th November 2019 at 11.00 a.m.
