Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The challenge in substance is to a registered lease deed and transfer effected on the basis of the said document. The challenge is on the ground that it is forged and fabricated. This petition involves several disputed questions of fact. Remedy of the petitioner is elsewhere. Hence, we decline to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Remedy of the petitioner is kept upon.
