The Learned AGP Mr. Mane draws this courts attention to the affidavit dated 7-10-2106 filed by Mr. Kishore Mande the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, H-West Ward and especially paragraph 1 thereof wherein the affiant has tendered an unconditional apology and has also sought withdrawal of the order dated 30-8-2016. In view of the said affidavit and especially the statement made in paragraph 1 thereof that the order dated 308-2016 would stand withdrawn. In view of the said order being withdrawn the cause for proceeding with the above Contempt Petition does not survive. However, this Court issues a note of caution to the concerned officer to be more careful in future whenever there is a communication received by his office in respect of an order passed by this Court. With the aforesaid observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
