The chamber summons is taken out for directing the plaintiff to give inspection of the two documents mentioned in the schedule to the chamber summons, viz., (1) Registered Partnership Deed of the plaintiff & (2) Municipal Assessment bills in respect of the suit property from 1960 onwards.

Mr.Wassoodew, counsel for the defendants confirms having received inspection and also photocopy of the Registered Partnership Deed of the plaintiff. As regards the Municipal Assessment bills, Shri Kapadia states on instructions that inspection has been given from 1.4.1948 onwards. Shri Kapadia confirms, on instructions, that the inspection given are of those Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

38.chs.1725.2011s.235.2010.doc documents which are mentioned in Exh.'D' to the affidavit in rejoinder of one Mukund Dave, affirmed on 7th May 2014. Shri Kapadia states, on instructions, that the documents which have mentioned as 'no inspection', the plaintiff do not possess and hence are unable to give inspection. In view of the statement made, the chamber summons stands disposed.
