The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent in respect of a Summary Suit. While the registered office of the Petitioner is in Mumbai, where the invoices were raised, deliveries were to be made in Haryana. A material part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the Respondent is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
