Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff-applicant. 2.

The plaintiff has taken out the chamber summons to amend the prayers in the summary suit in terms of the schedule appended to the chamber summons. The proposed amendment is in the nature of clarification and elucidation of the claim of the plaintiff. 3.

The plaintiff to carry out amendment in terms of the schedule, within a period period of two weeks and serve the amended copy to the other side.
