The Suit itself is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These have been signed by an authorised signatory of the Plaintiff who is personally present in Court, viz., Mr. Kamlesh J. Purani. They have also been signed by one Mr. Aman Thukral, the authorised signatory on behalf of the Defendant. Authorisations from the two parties in favour of the signatories on their respective behalf are annexed to these Consent Terms, which are also signed by the Advocates on either side.

Having seen the Consent Terms and being satisfied that they reflect the true and correct intention of the parties, are not contrary to law nor obtained by fraud, coercion of any kind, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The 29 April 2016
908-S170-15.DOC undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

Ms. Salgaonkar on behalf of the Plaintiff states that she has received the six post dated cheques listed in the tabulation below clause 2(a) of the Consent Terms. I note that there is no provision in an event of default. Both sides confirm that this is as per their understanding.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. No order as to costs. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.
