The above Writ Petition was called out yesterday when the Advocate for the Petitioner sought time on the ground that he has to take instructions in the matter from the Petitioner. The Advocate for the Petitioner today states that the Petitioner is not coming forward to give any instructions in the matter. In view thereof, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the above Petition. We are therefore, constrained to dismiss the above Writ Petition for want of prosecution.
