Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By this application, the applicant (original petitioner) seeks post-grant amendment of letters of administration issued on 09.12.2021.

By the proposed amendment, the applicant seeks to correct the description of an immovable property in the schedule filed alongwith the petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
