The parties have complied with these directions. The plaintiff was also given four weeks time to file their list of witnesses and affidavit in lieu of examination in chief and serve a copy thereof upon the defendant and the matter was stood over to 28th April, 2016. On 28th April, 2016 further time for the plaintiff to file their list of witnesses and affidavit in lieu of examination in chief was granted upto and including 31st May, 2016.
