The Chamber Summons seeks condonation of delay in filing an affidavit in support of the caveat. Another caveator had similarly taken out a Chamber Summons, in which the delay was condoned and the affidavit in support of the caveat was taken on record. The Testamentary Petition has been, accordingly, already converted into a suit. The present caveators, who are Defendant Nos. 1 and 2, are permitted to file the affidavit in support of the caveat, which may be treated as their written statement in the Testamentary Suit. The Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly.
