By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks re-call of the order passed by this Court on 12th March, 2015 and seeks restoration of Arbitration Petition No.1529 of 2014 in view of the settlement arrived at between the applicant and the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 1st October, 2015 duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. The signatures of the parties have been identified by their respective advocates. The authorized 1/2

By consent of parties, the order dated 12th March, 2015 is re-called. The arbitration petition is restored to file. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. 4.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs.

The chamber summons is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
