Mr.Merchant hands over three cheques to Shri Mehta for petitioner towards installment for the month of November 2017, December 2017 and January 2018 of Rs. 75,000/- each. Mr. Merchant states that his instructions are that the three cheques will be honoured on presentation. Mr. Merchant also states that he has been authorized to give an undertaking on behalf of the company that they shall not default making payment in future. This undertaking is accepted as undertaking to this Court. It is made clear even if single default is committed by the company, petitioner is at liberty to advertise the petition as per paragraph 5 of the order dated 27th March 2017 without further reference to the Court.
