ORDER

Both the parties have taken out these Notices of Motion for condonation of delay in filing the appeal against the common judgment passed by the learned Single Judge. Considering the fact that there is delay in filing the appeal by both the parties and as there is challenge and counter-challenge to the same order and as sufficient case is made out, we are inclined to condone the delay in terms of prayer clause (a) of both the Notices of Motion.
