Learned counsel for the petitioners states that as on today the petitioners do not seek to press this arbitration petition and would proceed with the on going arbitration proceedings before the learned arbitrator. In the event of the proceedings being not completed within the reasonable period of time, the petitioners seek a liberty to file a fresh petition in that situation. The statement is accepted. 2.
The arbitration petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The parties are directed to proceed with the arbitration proceedings before the learned arbitrator without any delay. None of the parties shall seek any unnecessary time before 1/2
