Insolvent No.1 undertakes to file the Schedule of Assets and Liabilities within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. He further undertakes to appear before the Official Assignee on 13-04-2015 for his private examination and on that day, shall also deposit his passport with the Official Assignee. The undertakings are accepted. 2.

The Official Assignee has informed the Court that the private examination of the Insolvent No.2 is concluded. However, she is required to comply with certain requisitions raised by the Official Assignee. Insolvent No.2 ssp 1/2

irn 32 of 2014 (949).sxw undertakes to comply with the said requisitions through her Advocate. Since Insolvent No.2 is residing at Kolkatta, she is allowed to leave the jurisdiction of this Court. Her undertaking that she shall remain present as and when the Court or the Office of the Official Assignee, requires her to remain present is accepted. The above Rule Nisi is accordingly disposed of.
