The deponent of the affidavit in support states that she being a layman and residing in a remote area, was not aware of the last date of filing affidavit of proof of debt. On behalf of the Official Liquidator, it is pointed out that the company in liquidation was City Limouzines (India) Ltd. in respect of which by judgment dated 9.6.2017 this court directed transfer of various claims pending adjudication to the designated court under the MPID Act.

In the circumstances, Ms.Prabhala for the applicant seeks KJ
