Shri. Chirag Shetty, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner places reliance on the Affidavit in Support and states that the impugned order erroneously records that a prayer for withdrawal of the Petition was made on behalf of the Petitioner. This Application would be in the nature of the review. Therefore, cannot be heard by this Bench. 3.

Petitioner to move the Registry for constitution of an appropriate Bench.
