---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 23.6.2016 P.C.:- These six chamber summons are to bring on record the legal heirs of various defendants and also some of the plaintiffs on record. Shri R.S.Apte, Senior Counsel appearing for the plaintiffs states that he has personally checked and confirmed that all the respondents who are proposed to be joined vide these six chamber summons have been served. He also tenders affidavit of service. Nobody is appearing for any of the respondents nor any affidavit in reply opposing the chamber summons, is filed. Shri V.Y.

Sanglikar and Ms.Savina Crasto also have no objection. In the circumstances, all these chamber summons are allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b) of each of these chamber summons. The amendment to be carried out and amended plaint to be served within two weeks from today. Reply also to be filed within two weeks from today. The newly added defendants and the other defendants to file their respective written statement within four weeks of receiving copy of the amended plaint. All chamber summons accordingly disposed.

Mr.Sanglikar states that the plaintiffs having delayed in taking out these chamber summons and the court having condoned the delay, the plaintiffs should be put to terms. The plaintiffs to give sum of Rs.25,000/- as donation to "NAAM FOUNDATION" which is rendering services in drought affected region in Marathwada. This amount to be paid within a period of four weeks from today. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J)
