The short grievance of the petitioner in this Petition is that a representation made by the petitioner on 15th December, 2018 annexed at Exhibit A to the Petition for grant of sanction under Section 146 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 is not decided till date. 2.

The learned AGP states that respondent No.1 would decide the said representation within four weeks from the date of the first meeting. Statement is accepted.

Respondent No.1 is accordingly directed to decide the said representation within four weeks from the date of the first meeting after Trupti 1/2

23.doc hearing the petitioner as well as the Authorized Managing Committee Member on behalf of respondent No.3 society. The petitioner as well as the Authorized Managing Committee Member of respondent No.3 shall remain present before respondent No.1 on 1st March, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. 4.

The petitioner is directed to convey this order to respondent Nos. 3 to 10 for compliance.

Copy of the order that would be passed by respondent No.1 shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos. 3 to 10 within one week from the date of passing of the order. If the said order is adverse against the petitioner or respondent Nos. 3 to 10, the aggrieved party would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
