969-WPL-2666-17.sxw P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has approached this Court, challenging the initiation of departmental proceedings against the Petitioner. 2] In the matter of initiation of departmental proceedings, if the Management finds that the employee is required to be proceeded against, it is a prerogative of the Management. 3] In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petitions. Petitions are dismissed. Apart from that, learned Counsel for Respondent state that the Petitioner has already been terminated at the conclusion of the departmental proceedings. Petitioner can very well challenge the said order of termination before the learned School Tribunal.
