The reason why he states that his clients is proper party because they would like to know the outcome of the suit and would like to be informed about the progress of the suit. The applicant is a Society of Slum Dwellers and the Scheme for SRA has already been submitted to the Authority.

If the reason for which the applicant wants to be added as a party is only to know the status and outcome of the suit, the interest of justice would meet if the plaintiff is directed to keep the applicant-society informed about the progress of the suit. The plaintiff to forward a copy of every order passed including an adjournment order within two weeks of the order being made available to the plaintiff.
