Heard the learned counsel for the parties. As the demand notice under section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 has been issued to the petitioners on 12th September, 2016 and the petitioners are willing to settle the matter and they have also submitted a cheque for settlement. In view of this, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to dispose if this petition with liberty to the petitioners to make representation within a period of two weeks to the respondent-bank. The respondent to consider the said objection/representation in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty.
