Ms. Bhat, counsel for respondent states that the order dated 19th January, 2016 was carried in appeal and the Appeal Court in its order of 6th October, 2016 noted that if respondent deposited Rs.3 Crores within six weeks, the winding up order of the company shall stand discharged. Ms. Bhat further states that Rs.3 Crores was deposited in this Hon'ble Court on 17th November, 2016. Mr. Palshikar, counsel for petitioner agrees. In the circumstances, noting survives in the petition and petition accordingly stands disposed.
