For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c). 2.

The prayer is for 12 weeks to remove office objections. That period will commence from today. In any event, all office objections to be removed at the very latest by 17th March 2017 and there will be no extensions of time beyond that date under any circumstances. 3.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
