After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh Complaint/Representation before High Power Committee -ACB. With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

In case the Petitioner files Complaint/Representation with all the necessary particulars including their names and addresses supported by the affidavit, the same be considered by the said Authority in accordance with law uninfluenced by the impugned order dated 31st December, 2014.
