1] After this application was heard for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to issue a fresh and appropriate invocation notice in continuation of the invocation notice dated 30th January, 2017 (Exhibit I, page No.105 of the petition), and file appropriate petition. Applicant is allowed to withdraw this application with liberty as prayed for.

2] All contention of the parties are expressly kept open. 3] At this stage, learned counsel for applicant also states that in regard to recovery of arrears of rent, if any, appropriate proceedings before the Small Causes Court shall be initiated.

4] Parties are free to adopt appropriate proceeding as per provisions of law.
