Both these appeals have been filed under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ("the Act") challenging the common impugned order dated 6th September 2013 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ("ITAT").

Besides filing the present appeals, the appellant also filed Miscellaneous Applications for rectification of the order dated 6 September 2013 under Section 254(2) of the Act before the Tribunal. By order dated

By order dated 16 April 2014, the impugned orders in the present two appeals were recalled. In the above view, Mr. J.D. Mistri, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellant-assesee seeks to withdraw the present appeals. Accordingly both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
