---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 1st OCTOBER,2016 P.C.:- On 20th September, 2016 ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause - (a) was granted upto and including 1th October, 2016 and the plaintiffs were directed to serve the defendants once again. The plaintiffs have filed an affidavit of service of one Sujeet Kaste affirmed on 27th September, 2016 stating that the notice of motion was served upon the defendants and their attorneys on 22nd September, 2016 and again on 24th September, 2016. The defendants are not present today though served. Therefore, the notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause - (a) and accordingly disposed. Gauri Gaekwad
