Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners, learned AGP for the State and learned Counsel for the other Respondents. After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioners offers to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take the matter in a second revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code ("Code"). The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners as prayed for. It is made clear that the Petitioners' revision shall be considered on merits and after taking into account the fact that the Petitioners originally did not approach the
