The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition so as to take recourse to alternate remedy of approaching High Power Committee. The Petition is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach High Power Committee. Talwalkar 1/2

If such an application is made, the High Power Committee shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 3 months from today. Needless to state that in the event, order passed SRA is adverse to the interest of justice, the Petitioner always has liberty to approach this Court.
