Learned Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondent no.1 will hold fresh 2nd pre-bid meeting on 15 November 2017 for consideration of various objections raised by the bidders who have participated for bid and all others who may approach before respondent No.1.

In view of the aforesaid submission, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if need so arises.
