The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the Assistant General Manager (Legal) Mr. Pradeep M.K. for the Plaintiff and by Mr. Ramesh Bhandari on behalf of the Defendant, as also by their Advocates. Both Mr. Pradeep M.K. and Mr. Bhandari are personally present in Court. 2.

I have seen the Consent Terms. I am satisfied that they are not contrary to law; they reflect true intention of the parties' and that they have been drawn by the parties on their own volition. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for 27th June 2016

The Suit is decreed and disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with. 4.

Refund of court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 5.

In view thereof, Notice of Motion No. 727 of 2016 does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
