Heard the counsel for applicant and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned therein and in view of the undertaking given by the counsel for applicant that they will remove all office objections within one week from today, notice of motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Arbitration application is restored to file. All office objections to be removed and application to be numbered within one week from today, failing which the application will get dismissed without further reference to the Court. No application for extension of time will be entertained and no extension will be granted.
