Learned Counsel for Defendant Nos.2A to 2C tenders her clients' additional reply to the notice of motion. Learned Counsel for these Defendants, who are the contesting Defendants along with defendant Nos.1 and 3, is agreeable to have the ad-interim injunction granted on 27 September 2012 confirmed as an interim order pending the hearing and final disposal of the suit. None appears for Defendant Nos.1 and 3 to show cause to such order.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff does not press for any further relief at this stage.
