The original Petition was filed by one Mr. Madhav T. Chikode. It was filed on behalf of the Applicants Mandar and Mahesh Madhav Chikode, the original Petitioner's two sons, both of whom were minor at that time. Leave was obtained from this Court in Guardianship Petition No. 46 of 2003 under the order dated 17th April 2003.

The Applicants, minors at the time, are the beneficiaries. They were born on 7th January 1993 and 7th September 1995 respectively. Both have now attained majority. Hence, this application for being substituted as the two Petitioners in place and stead of their father, the original Petitioner. 3.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out on or before 24th June 2016.
