Heard the Petitioner appearing in person. In terms of the order dated 12th March 2015, the measurement has been carried out. A Plan recording the measurements made on 17th March 2015 is tendered on record by the learned senior counsel appearing for the Fifth Respondent. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Petitioner appearing in person concedes the distance between the Railway booking office and the outer boundary of the market is 90 meters. Therefore, the grievances made in the Petition do not survive. 2.
The Petitioner appearing in person has some other grievances which are not agitated in this PIL. It is for the Petitioner
ash pil-2.12 appearing in person to make an appropriate representation to the Appropriate Authority in that behalf.

Hence, this PIL is not entertained and the same is disposed of.

The Notices of Motion No.95 of 2012 and 336 of 2014 do not survive and the same are disposed of.

The Ad-interim relief stands vacated.
