The above Company Petition is filed on 12th September, 2014. Office has raised objections on 30-10-2014. Though, a Vakalatnama on behalf of the Petitioner is filed by two Advocates i.e. Mr. Aviraj S. Tarar and Ms. Laxmi Bhanushali, the Advocates have not bothered to remove a single office objection raised by the Court Office since October 2014. In view thereof, the above Petition was placed before this Court on 13th March, 2015 for Directions. Since none appeared for the Petitioner, the Petition was directed to be placed for Dismissal on 16th March, 2015. On 16th March, 2015 also, none appeared for the Petitioner. In view thereof, the Petition was placed on board for Dismissal on 17th March, 2015. On 17th March, 2015, Mr. Raju Gupta i/by Ms. Laxmi Bhanushali informed the Court that Ms. Bhanushali is unwell. Since ssp 1/2

cpl 729 of 2014 (915).sxw there is a joint Vakalatnama of Mr. Aviraj Tarar and Ms. Laxmi Bhanushali, the Advocate was asked to keep either of the Advocates present in Court on 18th March, 2015.
